As I’ve stepped into my newest level of expansion, much is unfolding beyond my control…And the beautiful piece is this is true at every level. And my trust is activated to expand beyond anything I have experienced before. I navigated living out of a suitcase for 2 months - 1 month in a new city (NYC!!!) - and I want to share key lessons that held me through this chapter.

I realized there isn’t a huge difference between you and I or that person over there who has literally created magnificent results. There is definitely a unique signature we all have in this world - the essence of who we are is always going to be beautifully one of a kind. The people who have what I want - they have activated self leadership and power over circumstances. How? Certainty.

I have looked back and forth - I have looked to the past, the future, people, places, things - everywhere in between to find happiness, joy, peace, calm, love…. seeking, looking outward. These lines are the reminder to pause looking outward and go inward. Because inside, here and now, there is so much beauty unfolding…there is so much to love, to be blessed with and to be grateful for.

It’s plot girl summer and my life has been playing out in a sequence of events I can only liken to the most beautiful romantic comedy ever. I can’t even make it up - the sequence of signs and steps leading me down the path of least resistance to manifested dreams is truly beautiful to witness.

On July 1, 2022 I released my second single on all streaming platforms titled “Words For You”. There is so much that goes into the process of music creation and these lyrics are loaded with meaning for me that I feel you will resonate with.

I could feel the pain circulating within me…I could feel the anger, the sadness. Emotions are energy in motion, and all they ask of us is to move through them. Creativity is a powerful tool of alchemy. From everything we are experiencing, we may turn it to gold.
